Vishwakarma’s Power Control Center (PCC) Panels are modular, robustly engineered electrical panels designed to manage and distribute power efficiently across large industrial and commercial facilities. These panels are ideal for controlling power supply to heavy machinery, motors, equipment, and transformers based on operational demands.

Key Features:

Flexible Incomer Options: Available with single or multiple incomers and bus couplers, featuring both electrical and mechanical interlocking for operational safety.

Advanced Protection & Monitoring: Equipped with protective relays, indication lamps, and meters as per specific application needs.

Custom Bus Bar Configurations: Offered with top, middle, or horizontal busbar chambers using either aluminum or copper, depending on current ratings and design requirements.

Cable Termination Flexibility: Supports top, bottom, front, or rear cable terminations to suit site conditions.


Integrated Solutions:
Panels can be integrated with APFC (Automatic Power Factor Control) components for improved energy efficiency.


DG Set Compatibility:
Provision for DG incomer with AMF (Auto Mains Failure) functionality and the ability to disconnect non-essential feeders during mains failure.


Bus Duct Ready:
Designed with provisions to connect a bus duct directly at the main incomer side, ensuring smooth integration with existing power infrastructure.

      Construction Details
  • Available in modular or non-compartmentalized configurations.

  • Panel structure fabricated from MS CRCA sheets or stainless steel (SS), suitable for indoor or outdoor installations.

  • Operated from single front or double front, based on space and operational needs.

  • Expandable design to allow future extension.

  • Fitted with rubber gaskets to comply with protection levels up to IP42 / IP52 / IP54 / IP55 / IP65.

  • Effective heat dissipation through exhaust fans or louvers, as per the thermal design requirements.

Pre-Treatment & Painting

Panels undergo a 3-tank or 7-tank chemical pre-treatment process for rust prevention and surface preparation.

Final finish as per IS standards or client-specific requirements.

Paint options include synthetic enamel, epoxy-based primers, or powder coating, depending on environmental and aesthetic preferences.

Quality Assurance & Control
  • Fabrication structure inspected for dimensional accuracy as per approved General Arrangement (G.A.) drawings.

  • Painting and powder coating inspected for uniformity, adhesion, and thickness as per specifications.

  • Each panel undergoes rigorous quality control checks at various stages of manufacturing.

Busbar Arrangement & Cable Alley
  • Busbars made of electrical-grade Aluminum or Copper, depending on current rating and application.

  • Main busbar chamber located at either the top or bottom of the panel.

  • Vertical droppers housed in separate chambers for better segregation and safety.

  • Busbar system designed considering:

    • Continuous current rating

    • Short circuit withstand capacity

    • Permissible temperature rise in compliance with IS 8623 or client specifications

  • Insulated SMC/DMC supports used for secure busbar mounting.

  • Top or bottom cable entry with detachable gland plates for ease of installation and maintenance.

Assembly & Wiring
  • Components sourced from approved/reputed vendors, as per the approved electrical schematic.

  • Internal layout optimized for efficient space utilization and ease of maintenance.

  • Internal wiring done using PVC-insulated, 660V/1100V grade, multi-stranded copper flexible wires.

  • All terminations made using crimping-type copper lugs for secure and durable connections.
